Questions salon owners ask
Can a client pay in two ways?
Yes. A split payment divides the amount across methods, and credit keeps the balance due on the client's record.
Are tips kept apart?
Yes. Tips are recorded separately, counted per team member and kept out of service revenue.
What happens to a cancelled payment?
It stays visible with its reason, leaves the day's totals and the till close, and the appointment is marked to collect again.
